The Cymbrogi Learning Philosophy

In order to achieve societal change we must begin with the individual. We must empower them to first shape their own lives and then to shape the lives of others.

​

We must enable an individual to

  • recognise their capacity to lead a sustainable life;

  • develop their ability to lead a sustainable life; and

  • engage in sustainable practise at the inter and intra-personal level.

Our 'Cymbrogi Learning Compass' has been developed in order to...

  • orientate our activities as a 'sustainable learning' organisation;

  • guide the design of our offer of modules & programmes; and

  • provide direction for those learners, educators and leaders seeking to undertake a journey towards a more sustainable future.

Our Learning Compass comprises the Cymbrogi Core Four, four components which frame the Knowledge, the Skills and the Mindsets of an Empowered Learner.
